The return of the garments must take place at our office within 10 days of the written authorization to the customer by the return department. The shipment concerning the return is borne by the customer. Once the Beatbox Vintage request is received, it will send the customer an email containing the return instructions. To request the return authorization, the customer must send an email to or to the WhatsApp chat within 14 days of receiving the goods, containing the customer's name and surname and the order number.
Instructions for the return: before making the return you must be authorized by Vintage Beatbox.
Policy rendered: if for any reason the customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the items can be returned for change, coupon or refund* within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Most of the return takes place because the description of the articles did not read and the measures of our garments with their own have not compared. We will not accept any type of dispute for the lack of viewing. Our return policy is in a privileged position on our site and is also sent to the order confirmation email to be read.
